Our company has successfully developed two silicone cupcake molds with 12 cups and 24 cups versions for our customer, who is a leading manufacturer of bakeware products. The silicone cupcake molds are made of high-quality food-grade silicone, which is non-stick, flexible, durable, and easy to clean. The silicone cupcake molds can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 230°C, making them suitable for oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher use. The silicone cupcake molds have a variety of shapes and designs, such as flowers, stars, hearts, animals, and letters, to create fun and attractive cupcakes for any occasion. The silicone cupcake molds are also reusable and eco-friendly, saving money and reducing waste.

The project involved the following steps:

• We communicated with our customer to understand their requirements and specifications for the silicone cupcake molds.
• We designed the 3D models of the silicone cupcake molds using CAD software and sent them to our customer for approval.
• We created the prototypes of the silicone cupcake molds using 3D printing technology and tested them for functionality and quality.
• We refined the prototypes based on the feedback from our customer and repeated the testing process until they were satisfied.
• We mass-produced the silicone cupcake molds using injection molding technology and shipped them to our customer.

The project was completed within the agreed time frame and budget. Our customer was very happy with the final products and praised our professionalism and creativity.
